I work in the Sun Room at Soul Fire yoga and wellness studio in Sheffield, 7 Edgedale Road, S7 2BQ. Appointment times are typically:

Wednesdays and Sundays

• 9am - 11am

• 11am - 1pm

• 2pm - 4pm

• 4pm - 6pm

• 6pm - 8pm (occasionally).

Each 2 hour session includes time for: assessment of your wellbeing and physical health, getting changed and a minimum of 90 minutes of bodywork. These longer appointments give us space to really slow down and work with more of your body, meaning you’ll get much more out of each treatment.

There are showers available to use before or after your appointment if you wish.

Payment

One treatment is £60. A course of 4 treatments is £200 (these can be booked weekly, fortnightly or 4-weekly).

I take payment, by bank transfer, at the time of booking.

You are welcome to amend your appointment up to 7 days before the appointment start, which allows me time to find someone else to take your place. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given if cancelling up to 7 days before the appointment start. If your appointment is less than 7 days away, a refund will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
