Treatments

I work in the Sun Room at Soul Fire Yoga and Wellness Studio in Sheffield, 7 Edgedale Road, S7 2BQ. Appointment times are typically:

Wednesdays and Sundays

• 9am - 11am

• 11am - 1pm

• 2pm - 4pm

• 4pm - 6pm

• 6pm - 8pm (occasionally).

A 2 hour treatment includes time for: assessment of your wellbeing and physical health, getting changed and a minimum of 90 minutes of bodywork. These longer appointments give us space to really slow down and work with more of your body, meaning you’ll get much more out of each treatment.

One treatment is £60. A package of 4 treatments is £200 (these can be booked weekly, fortnightly or 4-weekly).

Payment and T&Cs

Whether booking a single treatment, a package, or an Introductory Course, I take payment by bank transfer, to guarantee your booking.

You are welcome to amend your booking up to 7 days before the start time, which allows me time to find someone else to take your place. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given if cancelling up to 7 days before the booking starts. If your booking is less than 7 days away, a refund may be given in exceptional circumstances.

All packages, Introductory Courses and gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Facilities

The studio is on a residential street with on-street parking only. If there is nobody on reception when you arrive, please ring the bell and I will come down to meet you. If you are early you may need to wait until your booking start time, as I may be with another client.

Once inside, there is a comfy lounge area and a roof garden if you wish to sit for a while after your session.

There are single gender neutral toilets available. There are also showers available to use before or after your appointment if you wish (there is a men’s shower block and a women’s shower block).

The treatment room is on the second floor and up two flights of stairs. There isn’t a lift available unfortunately.
